Ashford District Council

As part of Ashford Borough Council’s £11 million Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund programme, including £5 million of Government funding, we delivered 37 energy-efficiency measures across 10 homes, including solar PV, loft insulation, ventilation upgrades, air source heat pumps and upgraded windows and doors. These improvements are helping residents enjoy warmer homes, lower energy bills and reduced carbon emissions. A typical solar PV system can generate enough clean electricity each year to make more than 10,000 cups of tea.
