Working on SOHA Housing’s SHDF Wave 2 retrofit programme, we delivered 142 energy-efficiency measures across 100 homes, focusing on solid wall insulation, loft insulation and ventilation upgrades. These improvements help homes retain heat more effectively, improve indoor air quality and create more comfortable living environments year-round. Around a third of a home’s heat can be lost through poorly insulated walls, making solid wall insulation one of the most effective ways to improve comfort and reduce energy use.
