Rugby Borough Council

As part of the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (SHF) Wave 3 programme, we are delivering retrofit improvements across Rugby Borough Council’s housing stock, representing an investment of circa £20 million through combined government grant and matched funding. Working within a wider delivery arrangement that includes E.ON Energy Green Funding Solutions, our works focus on the installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI) to improve thermal performance. This is complemented by Solar PV systems, loft insulation and cavity wall insulation where required. Ventilation measures are also installed across all properties to meet PAS requirements, ensuring improved indoor air quality alongside enhanced energy efficiency and resident comfort.
