Chisel Housing Association

We are delivering retrofit works for CHISEL Housing Association under the Warm Homes: SHF Wave 3 programme, representing an investment of circa £2.5 million through combined grant and client match funding. As part of the wider programme delivery, which includes E.ON Energy Green Funding Solutions, the measures installed include Solar PV and battery storage, loft insulation, and upgrades to windows and doors. Ventilation improvements are also implemented across all homes to meet PAS requirements, ensuring that improved building performance is supported by appropriate airflow and healthy living conditions for residents.
